This Domain Registration Terms of Use (“Agreement”) sets forth the specific terms and conditions governing the registration, renewal, transfer, and management of domain names registered through Technology Advanced Services Inc. (“TASProvider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By registering, renewing, transferring, or managing a domain name through TASProvider, the registrant (“Registrant,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by:

(i) the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement

(ii) all applicable rules and policies of the relevant domain name registry

(iii) the policies of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”)

(iv) the third-party registrar agreements of OpenSRS (a division of Tucows Inc.), available at:

https://opensrs.com/resources/documentation/#Contracts__amp__Agreements;

(v) all other terms, conditions, and legal policies of TASProvider, including but not limited to its General Terms and Conditions

It is your sole responsibility to review and comply with the OpenSRS terms and conditions, including any future modifications. Neither TASProvider nor OpenSRS shall be responsible for notifying you of such changes. Your continued use of domain-related services constitutes your acceptance of the then-current version of all applicable terms and policies.

This Agreement supplements and incorporates by reference the TASProvider General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions, this Agreement shall govern exclusively with respect to domain registration-related matters.

1. DOMAIN REGISTRATION

1.1 TASProvider facilitates domain name registrations as an authorized reseller of accredited registrars. Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and compliance with the applicable registry policies.

1.2 Submission of a domain name registration request does not guarantee that the domain will be registered until confirmation is received from the relevant registry.

1.3 TASProvider makes no representations or warranties that a particular domain name is available or will be registered in your name.

2. SPECIFIC FEES AND PAYMENT

2.1 All fees for domain registration, renewal, transfer, and related services are due in full at the time of order and are non-refundable.

2.2 Prices for domain registrations may vary depending on the top-level domain (TLD) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

For additional information, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.tasprovider.com/terms-of-service/ .

3. REGISTRANT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for the domain name registration, including administrative, technical, and billing contacts. You further agree to promptly update such information as needed to keep it accurate.

3.2 You must not use a domain name for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws, third-party rights, or ICANN or registry policies.

3.3 You represent and warrant that you have the right to register and use the domain name and that the registration will not infringe on the rights of any third party.

4. RENEWAL, EXPIRY, AND REDEMPTION

4.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring timely renewal of your domain name prior to its expiration date. Failure to renew may result in suspension, deletion, or loss of ownership.

4.2 TASProvider may, but is not obligated to, offer a grace period or redemption period for expired domains, subject to applicable fees.

5. TRANSFERS AND OWNERSHIP

5.1 You may transfer your domain name to another registrar or registrant in accordance with ICANN policies and registry rules. You are responsible for any applicable fees and compliance with required procedures.

5.2 Ownership of a domain name is determined by the information listed in the official WHOIS records. The person or entity listed as the registrant is the domain name holder of record.

6. SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION, OR MODIFICATION

TASProvider reserves the right to suspend, cancel, transfer, or modify a domain name registration:

● To correct mistakes by TASProvider, the registry, or registrar;

● Upon breach of these Terms or applicable policies;

● As required by law, court order, ICANN, or applicable registry;

● To resolve a domain name dispute under ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) or any similar process;

● To prevent or mitigate fraud, abuse, or other illegal activities.

7. WHOIS PRIVACY AND DATA DISCLOSURE

7.1 If you opt for a WHOIS privacy service, TASProvider may substitute your contact information in the public WHOIS database.

7.2 TASProvider may disclose registrant data to ICANN, the registry, law enforcement, or other authorized parties as required by law, regulation, or domain registration policy.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1 You agree to be bound by all applicable ICANN policies, including the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP), and any additional registry-specific dispute resolution mechanisms.

8.2 In the event of a domain name dispute or legal proceeding, TASProvider may, in its sole discretion, suspend, lock, or transfer the affected domain name until such matter is resolved.

8.3 For additional provisions and procedures relating to dispute resolution, including governing law, jurisdiction, and arbitration (where applicable), please refer to Item 17 of the TASProvider General Terms and Conditions.

8.3 For comprehensive terms governing dispute resolution procedures, including applicable law, venue, and mechanisms for resolving claims, please refer to the Dispute Resolution section of TASProvider’s General Terms and Conditions, which is incorporated herein by reference.
